Consultations on Injury Type Cases

Before we take your injury case, we will talk with you and investigate your claim at no charge to you. It is necessary to know the details of what happened and what harm you suffered before a lawsuit is filed. Sometimes damages are large and the claim must be filed in the District Court. An investigation may take place
over a period of months before we can accurately decide what the damages are and what should be done to collect the money from the wrongdoer. Some cases involve low value losses that force a claim into Small Claims Court, and clients are guided in making those claims since attorneys aren’t allowed there.
